When creating sub-domains, if available, in your account it may take a little bit for SSL to generate a certificate for the domain.

Usually it is pretty quick, but if you do it too many times you may be temporarily suspended for a short period. Don't worry it will automatically run and apply a Free SSL Certificate at the next available time.
