There are a few things to have in mind when we migrate your website. Ofcourse we move it absolutely free of charge and painless (sort of). There are a few steps that you have to do for us to be able to migrate your website.
1. We need to know what platform your website is built on. If you don't know that is okay. Just reach out to our sales team to get some help.
2. If you have ftp access we would just need credentials to connect to it. You can contact your hosting provider for that information, or your look in your hosting control panel.
3. To make your website live you will need to be able to modify your domain nameservers. To make it easier you can always transfer your domain to us.
4. If you already know the steps above and want to do it yourself you can always reach out to our support team to open a ticket if you run into any issues.
